can you add a 16 foot by 16 foot addition to the left of the home that covers the deck and ties into the roof line with a gable roof for a new bedroom it should extend past the window and also remove the fireplace and shift the window to the right the roof will be a hip roof and the addition will be just to extend from the left rear not to the side
