the top level should be reimagined into a modern the top section is made up of a row of chunky white rendered light boxes they read as thick walled flat roofed pavilions almost like gallery volumes sitting just behind the front wall each block is slightly trapezoidal with the side walls kicking out a touch so the top edge feels heavier and more monolithic between these blocks are narrow vertical glass slots clerestory windows so the gaps read as thin strips of glazing and shadow the edges are crisp with no eaves so you just get pure white planes against the sky
