recreate and preserve the exact existing classical architectural elements of the historic fa ade including the original cornice frieze dentil molding pilasters capitals string courses window trim moldings ornamental reliefs decorative bands parapet detailing base stone plinth and historic masonry articulation exactly as the existing building maintain the exact existing fa ade proportions vertical rhythm openings and historic composition without redesigning or reinterpreting the architecture the intervention from the third floor and above must remain identical to the existing building geometry only incorporating the proposed black window frames and black spandrel panels shown in the renderings without adding or removing architectural elements windows or volumes don t change materials and textures on the center building don t erase black arc in the entrance this project is a historic fa ade preservation contextual renovation so don t change elements in the center building dont change zocalo material make the ledge on last storie classical as the existing building
