exterior shot this is the first floor level i would like three bedrooms and a family room upstairs including the primary bedroom i would like all rooms on the garage side of the house and not extending over the main living room downstairs the living room should be two stories open to below i want all rooms with a view of the backyard and opening onto a balcony upstairs i would prefer no rooms being over the garage
