keep everything exactly the same in the rendering do not change the layout only add the exact tile shown on all the walls and floor show them as 16x48 long rectangular tiles on 9ft ceiling and make sure the grain of the tile is suddle and whiter and matte with a similar white color grout as times have the tiles going vertically
