the lower plinth is made of sandstone the ground floor fa ade is finished with rusticated plaster painted in the color shown in my sketch the shopfronts on the ground floor are in natural oak the awnings above the shopfronts only on the ground floor are in a plum color above ground floor there is no awnings with gold lettering as shown in my sketch the balconies are recessed they are loggias the building is straight on the pavement add the garden outside tables for clients
