this is close but i need the curtain wall glass to cover the whole building and only differ where the vertical slot windo recess is the canopy can overhang the footpath a little more and bring the building closer to the footpath the left hand wall of the ground floor needs more solid elements but keep the right hand side like it is with lots of glass remove the balconies it needs to be a curtain wall facade finish to the building looking more contemporary
