make the walls on the lower level galzed with a retail clothing upmarket shop on the left and the right hand side look like a lobby for a purpose built student housing foyer with cafe the ground surface should be a charcoal grey bush hammered stone high end plaza style paving there should be downlights in the soffit of the walkway over the upper floor ceiling should be using perforated plasterboard ceiling and the walls should also be retail high end shop fronts the wahite in the foreground is a bitumen roadway but should have ccobblestone paving and place some fixed furniture in the lower level plaza with planting and timber fixed seating around it add the people back in please and the right hand side is a student building with a cafe not a clothing shop the left hand side is correct also instead of the furniture and the planters being on the sides can you make them organic and place them slightly offset but more central so you can walk between the shopfronts and the furniture
