make the white limewash slightly more opaque and covering while still allowing the texture and structure of the underlying brickwork to remain subtly visible the fa ade should have a soft natural white limewash finish with a slightly irregular mineral appearance the individual brick texture and subtle joints should still be discernible but less pronounced than before do not make the fa ade completely opaque or smooth
