this is my 3d model of an apartment building there are garages on the ground floor in the left wing so there are no windows on the ground floor the entire left wing of the building will be clad in sheet metal and wood between the windows for a modern look the balconies will have safety glass railings there will be a covered lobby on the roof of the left wing from which access to the roof terrace will be possible the rest of the roof will be a green roof the right main wing will be white with wood cladding decoration between the windows there are parking spaces in front of the building next to the parking lot design a beautiful park with trees and a fountain generate a realistic visualization with textures sun shadows and create a classic asphalt road around the model add standing people on the roof terrace add standing cars to the parking lot in front of the house do not change the 3d dimensions of the building
