substitute the mirror on the right wall with the one pictured on the right once you have replaced the mirror you can take the picture out of the rendering change the left wall to become the wet bar that is pictured on the left hand side once you have added the wet bar to the rendering you can remove the picture from it make the two chairs to be facing inwards towards the couch keep everything else in the rendering the same besides the added bar wall and new mirror make it expensive looking make it luxury
