add bathroom items to the left side where the shelving is on the left wall above the bathub replace the towel that is on the towel rail that is directly centred with a rusty brown coloured one that looks realistic dont makke any new shelving use the existing shelving thats in the image replace the white towel for the rusty brown coloured towel lighten the whole image
