add an additional glass pendant light to the bar evenly spaced from the pendant light shown on the far left side of the image keep the rest of the ceiling and lighting configuration the same make the vertically striped walls a little darker in tone they are currently a little to bright for the space the banquet seating should be a darker emerald green leather however the material is currently shown too dark the high top on the back wall is a standing table only remove all 3 chairs currently shown at the back high top and have the person standing instead keep everything else about the image exactly the same do not adjust any other materials or layout not mentioned above
