this is a new beach community center it is oceanside on the atlantic coast of florida the taller center volume should be a reflective glass the left volume will have a combination of glass storefront and teak wood planks the storefront framing will be white the left volume will be a parking garage also clad in a combination of glass and wood the balconies and terraces will have green spaces for socializing the ground floor will have green spaces in organic shapes for socializing and recreation the backdrop is the atlantic ocean there are no buildings visible on the horizon just tropical ocean architecture
