the vertical fa ade areas on floors 2 4 should no longer read as glass remove the reflective glass appearance and replace it with opaque to semi transparent perforated metal screen panels in a dark bronze or charcoal finish with visible small round perforations and minimal reflection keep the exact same fa ade grid and panel boundaries ground floor storefront glazing remains unchanged
