this open area in the middle is meant to be a tan plaza material with a central vertical walking path and two slanted walking paths sort of resembling a peace sign the surrounding area of those paths should be open lawn areas with south georgia type plantings yellow and green trees each townhome has an outlined drivway and a road infront of it and surroudning the plaza area the plaza area should have a circular fountain in the middle of it with benches and seating and the background behindt the townhomes should be a downtown city type scene
