569 it s a bright hot day the challenge is to design a 12 story hotel with rooms featuring balconies located in a tourist area on the catalan coast with beautiful beaches the hotel is hosting a party in its lush gardens landscaped with subtropical species palm trees coconut palms and abundant bougainvillea and bird of paradise flowers a full moon provides visibility in the darker areas there are few people on the balconies some peeking at the party taking place on the ground floor the building must fully conform to the design as shown in the accompanying photograph
