change the backsplash to the tile i pictured on the left change all of the cabinets to have the knobs pictured on the right change the cabinet drawers to have the pulls pictured on the right once you have replaced the tile backsplash and cabinet hardware you can remove the pictures from the rendering avoid changing anything else about the rendering make it look luxury
