this is a 3 storey commercial building keep the scale and outer form but change the window layouts existing left side showss a firewall keep it as is let s create a 2 storey high glass wall at the left most near the firewall to showcase the staircase fromm ground floor to second floor the frst 2 floors should look similar as it is part of 1 store but we can change the top most 3rd floor as this will be an office floor change the roof to show exposed gutters remove the sign commercial building and add a hanging acrylic signage instead keep the color scheme the same too white and gray walls white window frames
