i am wanting to build a lake house on lake hamilton in arkansas on a narrow lot that has a house next door already i want to maintain this modern rustic architecture with the big glass and open air feel i also want to incorporate a small pool and entertainment area in the backyard lakeside there also needs to be a decent size covered space in the back maybe the covered space could be a privacy cabana or something that shields the other house this needs to be 3 bedroom an additional bunk room with a 2 car garage that will be converted to a game room i also want a nice fire pit area out back by the lake i want good exterior accent lights on the house and landscaping the floor plan should be open living and kitchen i also want at least 3 5 bathrooms
