exterior image render instructions it is very important that the base geometry is not modified under any circumstances i made several corrections using pencil marks and cut and paste adjustments on the reference image these corrections must be accurately interpreted and merged into a single cohesive design resulting in one unified and consistent 3d model the final image must be a highly realistic render where all corrections appear fully integrated not added afterward the overall style must follow a scandinavian architectural language clean lines simple volumes natural tones and a calm warm atmosphere second floor the lateral fa ades must be finished in light colored wood the front fa ade including the profiles and window frames must be in a dark tone the front fa ade material must be smooth and non wood painted or similar with a clean uniform finish respect the existing geometry the front fa ade is set back in relation to the lateral fa ades and must not be moved or realigned
