please change the stair railing to a modern non detailed wrought iron railing that curves in a similar way to the current stair rail starting from the stair treads remove the railing wall entirely and replace with wrought iron railing please add large picture moulding trim to the walls from the floor to the ceiling remove the chair and current decorations from the walls
