leave the layout exactly as is but re render making it realistic with higher resolution make it look more high end and adjust the lighting a little bit i need this to look like a photograph do not change the layout make tall cabinet with 2 doors matching and opening on the middle make white fan with wood wings to be all white and leave black fan as it is black do not change any other the finishes
