replace the grass where it says built in concrete bench with the same tile that is currently under table the grass between main house and bdu should also be replace with hardscaping include some cactus areas for additional greenery replace the current wooden garden area with a concrete retaining wall and have the concrete bench built into and apply terra cota tiles
