modify exclusively the spandrel panels located directly below each window opening only the facade panels positioned vertically beneath the vision glass must become opaque do not modify any glazing panels located above the windows or at the same height as the upper window frame do not change any vision glass the opaque panels must align exactly with the width of each corresponding window above keep all other facade areas unchanged no alteration to mullions proportions geometry facade grid or materials localized material modification only
