attached is a topo plan for a project in california i need a site plan that maintains all the information on the topo plan location of transformers water lines power utilities etc which are all labeled as to location on the topo drawing i have also attached a plan showing location of driveway and house on the plot i need it transposed onto the topo plan and making sure the driveways are located outside of any utilities and turned into a site plan
