could you please tidy up this image a little bit don t make it 3d just keep it as a 2d floor plan but install some very light textures to the flooring the bed for example and the furniture try to find all existing stud walls etc look closely to make sure that the arrangement looks like a cross section through an existing loft the tiles etc should be kept
