bedroom is in the southeast corner add bedroom furniture put a pool table in the northeast corner put living room furniture in the northwest corner do not include measurements remove recessed lights from photo remove large kitchen against the bathroom the north wall bumps out 2 there is a laundry sink washer and dryer on the north wall in an unfinished storage room in the northeast corner of the basement remove the laundry room dividing wall with the door move laundry to back wall where pool sticks are remove window pool table and pool sticks remove pool table remove pool sticks and holder remove hardwood floor in room with washer and dryer in it put hardwood floor in bedroom remove all windows in room with washer and dryer in it add hardwood flooring in hallway and living room and closets stairs only go in one direction from the south wall to the north of the layout make all of the hardwood flooring in the bedroom hallway and living room match remove the washer dryer and laundry sink in the northeast corner of the layout put laundry sink washer and dryer back in the bumped out section of the northeast room where it was originally remove the new recessed lights throughout keep everything like it is except change all doors and windows white move washer and dryer back to the bumped out section of the back wall of the layout keep everything else as is do not change anything else turn on all lamps and bathroom light add light throughout add recessed lights throughout but don t show the lights just show a brighter space
