retain all finishes as accurately as possible do not change any geometry it is an industrial building with rusty columns bar march concrete walls board concrete ceilings and concrete stores the only light in the space is coming in through the windows at the end so the space is very moody the space is not clean it is quite dirty and used i want a more used feeling
