i have uploaded 4 images and they are titled front rear and sides this two story building is going to be built in iqaluit nunavut so the far north of canada the site is on a pretty steep hill as you ll be able to pick up in the two side elevation images you can see in the side elevations that the grading drops off quite substantially at the rear of the building there will be 21 steps from the rear parking lot to an exit you can see that door on the rear elevation that x pattern hatch in the rear elevation is wire mesh this closes in the bottom of the building on the right side of that elevation you ll notice there is a mechanical room below the building that floor will be able 12feet lower than the main floor the building height in total is about 23 feet for building materials i have shown wide panels and then lines for vertical and horizontal siding the flat panels will smooth finish and be by kingspan the horizontal and vertical siding will be by westman steel and be corrugated looking i want to do a mixture of stainless steel colour and wood the flat panels can be accent to that in the front and east elevations you ll notice that there is a diagonal line that connects to a box these are three wood columns that are skewed from the roof that hangs over this is very important to show correctly wood soffits if you end up showing an angle image windows will be aluminum curtain wall style with that horizontal siding inbetween make them black for now clear glass for camera angles you can corner perspective or the front elevation rendering style can be developer rendering
