i am working on a floorplan of the above space on each side of the staircase there is a concerete countertop there is also a concrete island and then a concrete bar other than that the whole space is open wood flooring then the 5 rooms off of the main space are all offices lastly there is a hallway that continues the wood floor and leads to two modern bathrooms each bathroom has a floating concrete sink with a toilet and black tile floors
