we want to update the exterior to feel more high end and more like a boutique hotel with a cool restaurant on the first floor we need to redo the front porch which has a balcony on the top maybe consider the front facade materal to change to a shake siding or board and batten repaint the rest of the siding which is lap siding to be an off white
