the soffit needs some texture and the vertical wallbalde at the front needs to be concrete painted and charcoal grey as a vertica lblade the lower front needs the windows to drop to the ground and the restaurant to spill out into the footpah the right hand side is a medical centre not a cafe the trees and landscaping needs to be green and more realistic with footpath paving in washed agregate as a light flecked off white and the road in a balck bitumen
