remove all the front landscaping add porch at the same heigh of stair landing to the left and right of the front entry door keep both side to the with of the main structure of the house their are 2 window on the left and right side of the entry door way casement windows about 6ft wide lets replace the siding with a shaker style and a board and batten also add stone to the first floor we will have roof over the new addition porch
