modify exclusively the spandrel panels located directly below each window opening these panels must be dark opaque glass not metal and not in facade color use dark tinted glazing with subtle reflection similar material behavior as the vision glass but non transparent deep charcoal or dark grey glass appearance do not apply ral facade color to these panels they must clearly read as glass not coated metal all vision glass above the window sill remains transparent and subtly reflective do not modify any panels above window head level no changes to facade grid mullions proportions or geometry local material adjustment only
